“Love Me As I Am”, Krista’s Daily Book of Miracles, 2019 Krista Marie Moore
The human heart is so fragile. With a single touch, we can melt like butter, and with a careless word we can easily shatter. We can even feel differently from one moment to another. Our hearts can seem frail, and yet are very powerful.
Part of showing up with others is just being yourself. When you’re raw, feel you’ve made a mistake, or have gone through something difficult, it can feel like being peeled from the inside out. It takes courage to show up as you are. And it takes a lot of love to meet someone where they are.
When there is chaos or confusion when you don’t look your best when you feel like crying instead of celebrating, it’s time to get cozy with one or two good friends. To take the masks off and let it all out. Holding that space for someone else can be a challenge, but with love, it feels like a mother nurturing a child. To be in that space being held is even harder if we are not used to it; if we are used to being in charge of the one who helps. To be vulnerable, to not feel on top of things, to not know how we are going to make it, or what is going to happen, can be a very scary place. But with Love, anything is possible.
I have been in that space of love for someone else, and I have also been that person being held with the eyes of love. When two or more people gather, there is a great power. It can feel like the world is coming to an end, and at the same time, like it’s just beginning. Our vulnerability makes us stronger. Our tears can heal us if we let them. Our friends can be there for us if we are willing to be seen in a state of uncertainty or need.
God is like that too. We may think “Oh, I’ve really screwed up this time!” or doubt that He even exists at all. But in those vulnerable moments is when the true generosity of God is known. Through our tears, real tenderness in our hearts is grown. We can begin to feel safe, that we are loveable, and that we will always have His Love.
Daily Miracle Prayer
God, I don’t know where I’m going. I feel so out of control. I feel so vulnerable, so raw. I need you now more than ever. Please show me your Love. Please love me as I am. Amen.
Daily Miracle Blessing
You are beautiful. I hold you in my arms. I will never leave you. Come to me as you are. I love you unconditionally. Be who you are!
“Tell the Truth” From A Daily Book of Miracles by Krista M. Moore
Daily Miracle Message
Coming into your light is about being honest with yourself, others and God. In order to do that we must tell the truth. It can be hard to speak the truth sometimes. We are afraid of hurting people’s feelings, of rubbing people the wrong way. But when we tell the truth with kindness, from our hearts, we cannot truly hurt anyone. We are coming from a clean feeling, and it is freeing.
Daily Miracle Practice
Begin with yourself. Go into a quiet place and get closer to God, to that quiet still place where you know who you are. It is not easy to hear yourself when other people are speaking!
Take a deep breath and release any tension down through the bottoms of your feet. Get connected to the ground. Then breathe again, and again, deeper each time. Until you begin to feel a a little lighter, a release and a calm… Breathe deeply and feel into your vibration, into your heart. What are you feeling right now?
Be honest with yourself first. You can begin by asking yourself good questions: Am I being who I want to be right now? Am I being honest with myself, or am I doing or saying what others want to hear?
Give yourself some space. Stay in your own energy long enough to get comfortable being who you are. Then you can learn to express that gift to others in a way that does not cut them off, but clears the way. By being honest with yourself first, you will feel more clear and grounded. Then you can decide what you most want to express. Before you decide to express it, you may want to ask yourself, What is important for me to say right now? Is this the deeper truth, or just a temporary feeling, an emotion that is surfacing that needs my attention and healing?
Another thing to ask is, do I really need to express it to this person right now? Or can I deal with it on my own, or with a friend? Perhaps you have a kind listener who can hear your feelings and hold space?
There are many ways to express, and many ways to listen. Find yours. You could take a walk in nature communing with God and the angels, or listen to classical or uplifting music, or draw or paint, or write it all down. Maybe writing a poem is how you find the truth and come to express who you are. Be creative. It doesn’t have to be a big drama! Unless you want it to be. Then make it great. Make it your own. Do it with grace. Do it with style.
Daily Miracle Prayer
Dear God, help me to express my self truly. Is this true for me or is this someone else’s energy? Help me to discern what I feel right now. Clear my heart and mind and help me express my truth with clarity, wisdom and Love.
Daily Miracle Blessing
I am here for you. You can speak to me anytime. You do not have to wait untiil you have it all figured out. Come to me first. I will clear the way. I will you speak the truth with love.
