    Daily Miracle Message

The world can be a dark place at times. Everyday stresses can steal our peace and make us tense and vulnerable to attack. Whether we perceive that attack as an inward battle within our own hearts and minds, or an external battle with a person, group or situation.

The truth is, we must be vigilant. Not because we are always in danger, but because we are often not aware. It’s like turning the light on or watching the sun rise. The difference between day and night. There is a time for sleeping, and there is a time for waking. And now is a time to be in the Light.

God sends messengers down from Heaven to help you stay in the Light.

The Light is not here to cause separation, it is here to mend it. Light does not force, it invites. It does not condemn, it creates. To be in the Light, is to be with God, Christ and the angels, and to be more yourself. It is to be a new creation.

    Daily Miracle Practice

To be in the Light, just focus your intent. Simply ask or imagine and call it forth. When you are scared, when you are tired, when you are uncertain – call in the Light, however you perceive that: God, Holy Spirit, Supreme Intelligence, Healer, Creator, Comforter, Protector; all of these things are words to describe that Light.

You do not have to deserve it; or pass some course to be in the Light. You were born that way and simply have to believe He is there; ask God for assurance. Do not stress about how, why or what. Just ask, allow and intend. That is all that is required.

Be at peace. Be quiet. Go into the Light. Into prayerful meditation. Pray for the Light to come. And it will be done. Amen.

    Daily Miracle Prayer

Dear God, please bring in the Light. I wish to be awake, and to receive your comfort, guidance and protection. Send your angels, surround me in Light, healing, peace and protection. Thank you God, Amen.

    Daily Miracle Blessing

You are surrounded by the Golden Light of God. You do not have to earn it. It is yours for the asking. Think not of lesser things. Stay in the Light of God.

    Day 8 “Count On Me”

From a Daily Book of Miracles, by Krista M. Moore, excerpt of a book in progress, Copyright 2019, Photo: Cross at West Hill, 2019

    Daily Miracle Message

Have you ever had a best friend you could rely on even when they weren’t physically there? Someone who never goes away or fails you, who understands everything and never gives up on you?

I have. Though I have been blessed to have a number of “best friends” in my life, there is one whom I count on before all others: Jesus Christ.

I don’t know where my affinity with Jesus came from, but from the age of about 12 or so, I have claimed him and known him. He has felt like an intimate friend, a brother.  I talk to him all the time: When I’m walking the dog; going to bed at night; washing the dishes; or writing this book. He is always there, in my heart and mind.

Maybe it’s because he made this promise long ago, that he would be with me ’til the end of time. My soul remembers, and he never forgets his Word.

I can count on him, and now, I hope, he can count on me. When I was younger and more of a seeker on my spiritual journey, our relationship was a one-way street:

“Jesus/God, what can you do for me?”

Now that I’ve grown older and hopefully a little wiser, so it’s more like: “Jesus, what can I do for You?”

But when times are tough and I am not as able to help others, I know where to turn. When life gets difficult as it must, when I need a friend who will not let me down, who will not judge, who is always available the instant I call his name, I know who I can count on.

It is as if Jesus is a very personal friend saying, “Count on me.”

Physical friends are essential, amazing (and life-saving) for a lifetime of joy and happiness. But God and Jesus are like my heart and soul, something I cannot live without. Times change, people change, but my Source, my eternal Helper does not. And when he gets me out of a jam, and turns my life right side up, I can get back on my horse and ride out into the sunset, and as I turn back, I smile at him, toss my head back and say, “You can count on me, too, brother. You’ve got a friend.”

    Daily Miracle Practice

Try having a silent conversation with Jesus. He may surprise you. He can also be quite funny! Nothing phases the One who has overcome the world. You can tell him anything. His heart is yours.

    Daily Miracle Blessing

I will always be here. I will always be with you. You can never lose me. Never doubt my Love. I will be with you ’til the end of time. When others fail you, I will help you. Count on me before all others. You’ve got a friend.

    Day 6 Unravelling Chaos

    Daily Miracle Message

The natural order of life is to let life (or nature) take over.  Like the front garden of our house, if left to its own devices, will become a weed wonderland, and Alice will get very, very lost.  If we don’t get hold of it, it the weeds will take hold, and we will be struggling with the chaos instead of smelling the roses.

My goal, my hope, my commitment, is to unravel chaos, one day at a time. By structuring time, by seeing it as tiny moments to be used and treasured, with clarity and conscious effort, instead of idly drifting by…

There is a time for rest and acceptance, allowing even; and there is a time for action, pruning, purpose. Conviction!

The more consciously aware we become, the greater the reward to our peace of mind.  We can create our days from a place of intention, force back the “normalcy” of distraction and addiction, and take back our lives.

What would it be like to arise each day filled with a singleness of purpose, with passion, with dedication, with devotion?

    Let’s try it!

Clarity brings action, and action removes distraction; the less time we waste, the more time we have; the more time we use well, the greater our lives become, like a giant rose garden filled with luscious spell-binding roses, that have been lovingly cared for, and that bloom again and again over time.

From sorting socks, to sorting clocks, we need to empty our minds of distractions and temptations, and find time for our true cause.

What makes you awake and jump to create? What do you live for that won’t go away? What is more important than your next snack, text message or social media “like”?

For me, I would build that beautiful rose garden, whatever it takes: one day, one project, one moment at a time!

    Daily Miracle Practice

    • Take a break. From distraction.
    • Sort the chaos. Build from action.
    • Give yourself time to be the person you were born to be.
    • Start today!

    Daily Miracle Prayer

Dear God, help me to create order in my life, and remove distraction and temptation from my midst. Help me to see my purpose with clarity and devotion; and to practice what I need to do, and what not to do, one day at a time. Thank you, Amen.

    Daily Miracle Blessing

God’s Light fills your days, leading you from the starting gate. Arise and feel the sunlight on your face. See the beauty in each moment. Count each one precious, and each hour an opportunity to do something amazing. Create miracles. Do what you came to do, one day at a time.

    Start the Day Positive

Thank you God, for giving me a new day!

If you can begin each day by saying, “Thank you, God”, you are not only protecting yourself against negativity, you are setting the tone for an amazing day ahead of you.

Spring into action each morning with a “Praise, God!” “Hallelujah!” or other such song in your heart. Even if you don’t feel like it, it is impossible to hold pessimism and cynicism in a heart that is glad, thankful and under the authority and direction of God.
